First things First - PLEASE CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS IN THE SIZE CHARTS!

You are buying clothing online!  Sizes can vary from country to country, t shirt brand and shirt style. THERE IS NO STANDARD SIZE! 

Just take a few minutes to check the measurements in the charts and compare them with a favourite t shirt or t shirt brand. This whole pickle of returning, reprinting and reposting takes time, it’s much easier to check the size charts and compare measurements with a favourite shirt or brand. 

We offer a 30 day return 

If after receiving your shirt, and you find it doesn’t fit, we are happy to swap it for the correct size. Send it back in unworn, unwashed, like new condition. 

Return postage is the buyers responsibility, but we are happy to repost the swap back to you for free.

Please Contact us for the return address. (But again, It’s so much easier to Check the size charts, and receive the correct size the first time!) 

If there is a problem with your shirt, contact us as we are always happy to fix any mistakes made from our end. 

SHIPPING 

Free standard post in Australia ( no tracking number, we send shirts out daily with standard post and rarely have issues. )

Parcel Post Satchel with tracking.  $8.00 AU. 

Express post. $10.55 AU.  If you need your t shirt ASAP then this is the go. But please note that express post is not guaranteed for next day delivery. 2 days is worth factoring into your timeframe. 

International post. $10.00 AU. standard post per shirt. (no tracking number, but again we send shirts all over the world with this method and rarely have any problems.) 

INTERNATIONAL POST*
Shipping times vary from 10 to 21 days, occasionally they can stretch a little longer depending on the postal service in your country. We like to wait 4 weeks before replacing or refunding.
Thanks for your understanding as we have no control over the speed of delivery once the parcel is handed over to the postal service! We wish we did!

*We offer a flat postage rate worldwide, this method does not include a tracking number. We send parcels out daily this method and rarely have any issues.

*PLEASE CHOOSE AUS POST REGISTERED POST INTERNATIONAL OPTION in the checkout If you feel you need a tracking number.

*Please choose the express post international option if you need your shirt by a certain date.

Postage in Busy holiday times can be very unpredictable, so order your T Shirt early to avoid disappointment.
We usually like to wait 4 or 5 weeks before replacing or refunding in peak holiday times.

Refunds: If you prefer a refund rather than an exchange please note that shipping costs are non refundable. Please check the size charts before buying.

One final note: We are a small Australian business run by nice, friendly, honest people. So please don’t be an email bully. We are happy to help with any and all queries, and as the saying goes “You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.” Words to live by.
